We provide comprehensive care, support and rehabilitation services for people with acquired or traumatic brain injury and other neurodegenerative conditions such as Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, early onset dementia and Pick’s disease.
We offer both long-term care and rehabilitation in a comfortable and supportive environment, working closely with the individual, their family and wider support networks to create a personalised care programme. Focusing on behaviour, cognition and mobility, we offer assessments based on key areas such as everyday life skills, cognitive skills and involvement in the local community.
We support and encourage people to reacquire practical skills such as cleaning, washing and cooking. We tailor support to individuals’ needs and encourage and motivate people to maintain or increase their independence through therapeutic, leisure and social activities.
All of our staff are selected for their experience in caring for people who have an acquired brain injury and other neurodegenerative disorders. We also work closely with external multi-disciplinary teams to make sure that the individual receives the appropriate levels of care and support.
